Circle of Life
The Circle of Life is our answer to a constant concern for all organizations: recruitment. Organizations live because people join and help build them, so we need a permanent recruitment team to ensure that there is always someone online with recruitment powers, and so, Circle of Life was born. If you have recruitment abilities and are frequently online, this might be a good place for you in our structure. Also, some older members might be offered this position if they are not too eager to be part of the regular Chain of Command. Circle of Life's members job is simple: recruit, recruit, recruit and recruit as much as they can, whenever they can, wherever they are. It is expected that each Cirle of Life member recruits 2 or more new members for our organization each week. They will also be an active voice regarding the way new recruits are handled by the organization and on how we can improve their integration. The Circle of Life is composed by seven members plus one Circle Guardian. The Circle Guardian is responsible by keeping track of who should be in the circle and who should be replaced to maintain an healthy and active team. He should also collect recruitment reports containing the names of the people each members recruited and present a recruitment summary report on monthly meetings. The Guardian will become the Circle of Life member with more influence on organization and will be elected for a 3 month period by the Circle of Life members. This voting will take place on an official meeting supervised by the President or someone else who he thinkgs can handle it. Each Circle of Life will have to vote on one candidate and cannot vote for him/herself.
