Chain of Command
The Chain of Command is a graphical representation of our organization leadership ranks.
You should refer to it when you need help or guidance because you will find in it the people who are there for you.
We have an hierarchical structure, where each level of leadership are delegated powers and tasks for which respective occupants are responsible.
You should search the Chain of Command from bottom to top, starting with your own profession's Unit Leader, until you find a position that is filled in and then you should try to contact that person. They will then help you or re-route your request to the appropriate person. If he/she is not available, you can sequentially climb the tree until you find someone who is available.
